It's been 20 years since the fall of humanity's governments, and the rise of the Advent Coalition in their place. Since then, XCOM has gone underground, hiding in the remote places of the world and striking back from the shadows at Advent. But it's time to step back into the light, rally the troops, and take back a planet that now sees us as the enemy.
