This vintage computer mouse happens to have the logo of a long-forgotten company that has been out of business since 2000 (from what I researched) named Xtatix. Maybe it was manufactured in 1998 or 1999. It looks like a nice, comfortable mouse, though I'm not sure if I'll be keeping it for any longer since I already have slightly larger PS/2 mice that can easily fit the palms of my hands very well.
