0Munakata reveals to Daigo that he’s willing to wipe out the Ueno Seiwa Clan if Daigo appoints Arai as a captain to the Tojo Clan, essentially putting them on a leash to the police. Then, we cut back to Kiryu, who goes back to New Serena to check on Yasuko, but finds Date-san knocked out! Kiryu suspects that Yasuko may have drugged Date-san, so he goes off to try and find her, which leads us on a bit of a chase into the underground sewers, where Kiryu is stopped by Tanimura and Akiyama because they think he’s a bad guy. After Kiryu helps them to see the error of their ways (by beating them up), we go to Purgatory to catch up to Yasuko, but find the Florist all beat up. He tells the group that Katsuragi kidnapped Yasuko and Taiga with help from Kido. Then, it cuts to them back in New Serena, where Akiyama reveals that Kido found his secret vault and tipped Katsuragi off to its existence, which means that Katsuragi stole the **¥100 billion** he had stashed there. Kiryu reveals his trump card: the file from Hamazaki which reveals all the dealings that went down five years ago involving the ¥10 billion. Kiryu decides to try to make a deal with Katsuragi, but Katsuragi doesn’t like Kiryu’s terms. Instead, he offers an ultimatum: Kiryu is to make the exchange alone, on the roof of Kamurocho Hills, but first he has to fight his way through the entire Ueno Seiwa Clan to get to the roof.
