1. Pick a time frame within your story
2. Recall the events happening at the time
3. Pick 1 character
4. Write a Diary Entry from their unique perspective
The best part of this exercise is that helps you get a better, more rounded, understanding of your character would exist within their world. You don't need to include this in the project, or even share it with anyone.
It can be an incredible helpful prompt when you're developing your characters good, bad, or otherwise.
