It's about time I cover the DS9 episode "Emissary"... Not exactly linear of me to cover the premiere DS9 episode after I covered a bunch of DS9 episodes, is it? Emissary is probably one of the most important episode of DS9, defining many of the shows themes. It's also a Sisko-centric episode, one that shows him as a man deep in grief trying to raise his young son as a widower.
