Spider-Man had been capturing the imagination of audiences for decades throughout Marvel comic books. Although many consider Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson to be the one true pairing, his relationship with Gwen Stacy is an integral part of his backstory and how he developed as a superhero.

Sure, we’ve all heard about Aunt May and the late Uncle Ben, but what about Peter’s parents Richard and Mary Parker? Or his sister, Teresa Parker?
