YouTube bans viewer accounts during Markiplier live stream

During a recent live stream, Markiplier discovered that well over a hundred viewers had their YouTube and Google accounts banned due to their spamming emotes. In addition, YouTube was rejecting appeals with no explanation or reason provided. Many accounts have been restored, but not all.
