YouTube disabled live streaming for reasons we are unable to determine.

We have zero copyright strikes and zero community guidelines strikes.

Since we are not in the partner program, there doesn't seem to be any way to get help.... at a minimum, an explanation of why live streaming was disabled would be helpful.
