I cheated again and used my old save file to beat the game which had one more level and more equipment available but it didn't matter. This game is obnoxious.

Ys 10 was announced at some point, so I decided I'm gonna do nightmare playthroughs of all the games on Steam for fun. I'm excited for Ys 10 and hope it's a lot of fun like all the other games!
