Skill : Blue Eyes Dimension - This skill allows you to Normal Summon a Blue Eyes White Dragon without Tribute but restricts you to summoning Light Dragon type monsters with Levels and Ritual Monsters. Additionally, it lets you send 2 Blue Eyes monsters (1 from hand, 1 from deck) to the graveyard to add a Blue Eyes White Dragon or Monster Reborn to your hand and place a Polymerization at the bottom of your deck. If used on turn 2 or later, it also adds Blue Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon and Chaos Form to the bottom of your deck.
Strategy

This deck focuses on getting Blue Eyes White Dragons onto the field quickly while utilizing the "Blue Eyes Dimension" skill effectively.

Early Game: Use your searchers like The Melody of Awakening Dragon, The White Dragon Ascendant, and Summoner Monk to find your Blue Eyes monsters or Alternative White Dragon for early disruption.

Mid Game: Once you have a Blue Eyes White Dragon, consider using the skill to send another Blue Eyes from your deck to the graveyard and add a Monster Reborn to your hand. This lets you potentially revive the sent Blue Eyes later. Terraforming helps search for White Dragon's Awakening to further accelerate your Blue Eyes strategy (though limited by the skill).

Late Game: With multiple Blue Eyes on the field, consider using Polymerization to summon Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon or Blue Eyes Spirit Dragon for a strong push. Alternative White Dragon's disruption and destruction effect can also be crucial in mid-to-late game.
Tech Choices

Effect Veiler: This card can be a great addition to counter your opponent's monster effects, especially if the meta is monster effect heavy.

Bingo Machine, Go!!!: This card can help search for Alternative White Dragon faster, but can be inconsistent if you don't have a Machine-type monster in your deck.

Silver's Cry: This trap can be useful for removing backrow threats that hinder your Blue-Eyes plays.
Blue Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon & Chaos Form: While not directly searchable in this build, the skill can add them to your deck for a strong late-game option if needed. Consider adding Polymerization if you plan to utilize these cards more often.

Remember: This is just a sample deck, and you can experiment with different tech choices to fit your playstyle and the current Duel Links meta.
