Tutorial for Hebra Tower unfreeze the Ice Blocks

So what do you need to break a Block of Ice...
1) A Bomb
or
2) Fire...

You would think that you could use both.. but the correct answer is only FIRE.

Use your Flint and wood to make a fire going.. the Ice Block will start to melt a bit. Now you can use your Korok Leaf, Torch, Arrows to spread the fire and melt the Ice Block even more.
