It's Link to the Past!! The BEST, most archetypal Zelda game, EVER!
Before my SNES went kaput, I got a Supaboy (back when I had some extra cash).
I thought my cart batteries were dead from old age, and lost all my saves (in this case I did), but when I tried to play them on the supaboy, the saves were there again!
Lucky too, because my Super Nintendo just died a week later.
I didn't get ALTTP's saves back, but I regained the ability TO save.
Magnetic reader issue, I assume.
Enjoy as I take down the eastern palace and gain the first amulet!
