I forgot to mention this in scrolling text in the video, but when I loaded a past save-state to get the sprite for Ricky's Gloves for the border image, I confirmed that the Seed Satchel upgrade is progressive after getting the Seed Satchel (which means if I got the upgrade before getting the Seed Satchel, I would just get the Seed Satchel instead). I already figured this was the case, but I felt like mentioning it here anyway. I wrote this before uploading the video, but after I'd already put together the whole video, so I could've just put this in scrolling text and then re-processed the video, but I didn't feel like it. So there you go. By the way, I think I figured out why the Seed Satchel upgrade was randomized but the Bomb upgrade wasn't; you're required to have Bombs before getting its upgrade (as you need to throw one into the fairy pond), but you technically don't need the Seed Satchel to get its upgrade (if you use Ricky). So it's probably less they needed to randomize the Satchel upgrade and more that they couldn't really randomize the Bomb upgrade.
