Testing the PS3 controller with Skyward Sword on Dolphin. Played the first couple hours of the game with no problem using just a PS3 controller.

Using Dolphin 2.0 @ http://www.mediafire.com/download/2c5le2bsb19774o/Dolphin2.0-ZELDASKYWARDSWORD_360CONTROLLER.zip
This version of dolphin contains the wiimote profiles you need to set up your PS3/360/whatever controller as an emulated wiimote. If it says you are missing a sdl.dll or something, just do a quick google search and you'll find it.
