About MiSTer Walrus FPGA

This channel is for sharing gameplay/experiences using the MiSTer FPGA open-source platform. There are audio examples as well, and I will generally let the demo loops play for one cycle, to give a reference point for comparison to original hardware, emulators, and other FPGA devices.

Playlists are made for all the different systems/cores used, with additional playlists for things like high score/1cc runs, music, and MiSTer-related videos/reviews/guides.

I record gameplay via the excellent Datapath VisionRGB E1S capture card, with lossless quality for the resulting videos. This unfortunately sees some degradation from YouTube re-encoding. I recommend watching all videos in the highest quality available (1440p or 1080p 60fps) in order to minimize this degradation.

UI shown at beginning of videos to share core options, and also listed in description. Normally I play 1-3 credits for a game; not all are complete playthroughs.
