I focus on changing every asset from Fallout 4’s base game to emulate that of a modern reality, including everything from the vehicles, weapons and their 3d models to the health of all npcs and elements of everyday survival. I really try and add it all. I also focus on NPC battles and realism play through including a true PERMADEATH mod that I utilize in my day to day mod list.
