About The Name:
Optimal Frequency is all about finding that perfect frequency for communicating with our loved ones that have crossed over. I use spirit box apps, white noise, pink noise, running water, recorded sound, and any other "noise" I think may be able to convey the spirit's responses.
The Breakthrough:
I use an artificial intelligence software to filter the responses. It removes all noise from the recordings and leaves only human speech. The results are AMAZING and I have recorded thousands of direct intelligent responses.
