I’m a dad working on the pavement alongside my two petrolhead sons. We don’t have a fancy insulated garage, or an unlimited budget. What we do have is a public street, a core set of spanners, a lot of family banter, and a massive long-term journey: taking rough, unloved bangers and transforming them from the kerbside all the way to an exotic supercar.

Season 1 is officially underway! We just rescued a trashed 2008 Mk2 Ford Focus for exactly £250 with an MOT running straight through to February 2027. We are stripping the grime, pulling the dents on the pavement, upgrading the suspension with Bilstein and Eibach hardware, and building an absolute street weapon from the ground up as a team.
