Purpose of this channel is primarily to give my fellow chronically ill low-energy content for those worse days & to offer some visibility as part of the 'millions missing.'
ME related disorders are now affecting an estimated 7 million Americans, 2% of the population yet we're frequently left without medical care due to lack of education, medical gaslighting, severe cognitive difficulties, and lack of mobility.
My symptoms include severe cognitive difficulties(executive function/memory loss/blackouts) caused by hypoxia, extreme orthostatic, movement, temperature, and food intolerance(POTS,) loss of consciousness for 16-22hrs a day, fullbody muscle tightness, total voice loss, rare seizures/paralysis/choking episodes(hypocapnia,) assorted cardiac oddities & pains.
Since 2014; slow progression.
