I''ve spent 10 years in Arma 3 Millism and 9 in the same billet as a small unit leader. I have held that billet for unit transitions from Conventional Army, to Conventional Marine, and to Marine Special Forces.
Due to my billet, my love and focus has always been on small unit tactics and individual performance. I strive for quality and effectiveness in my teams and look to instill these principles through my teaching and leadership. I am consequently hyper-focused on improving both myself and my team, being at the top of my personal capabilities, and ensuring I don't allow myself to become complacent with basic infantry skills, despite my primary duties not requiring them, so that I can better lead and instruct my team.
