Social Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, and Hope. I have severe social anxiety. I have PTSD. I have chronic depression. I also have hope! This channel tells my story about having a difficult childhood, developing mental illnesses, and how I dealt (or the lack thereof) with them later in life.
