About Library of Games

Library of Games (LoG) began life as a podcast and video production program for teens run out of the YOUmedia at the Harold Washington Library Center, the central branch of the Chicago Public Library. Teens at the Chicago Public Library created all of our early content and hopefully proved that teens can talk about and play video games intelligently.

The first iteration of LoG ran from 2009-2017 but in 2020 we decided to come back with some videos not only created by teens but also by alumni of YOUmedia and other young creatives in Chicago. Videos created post 2020 are all made by a mix of teens and adults from across Chicago.
