a little bit about my channel :)
First of all, hello there and welcome!
I started filming ASMR videos back in 2017.
ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response"
If I could describe it in my own words simply, I would say this; specific sounds can trigger some people to feel an overwhelming sense of relaxation. Sounds pretty nice, huh? I remember listening to my kindergarten teacher typing or shuffling through papers and it would relax me so much, I'd almost fall asleep.
It has always fascinated me, that every individual who experiences ASMR; has their very own personalized list of sounds that will relax them the best, possibly enough to help them get a good nights rest! :)
