About CMF
CMF is an impact-driven international educational and research initiative for individuals with strong technical backgrounds and high ethical standards.
Our mission is to support talented individuals, especially those from developing countries, in realizing their potential, building meaningful careers and contributing to research and innovation in open societies.
CMF was founded at Moscow State University in 2007 as a research seminar in Financial Econometrics. In 2012, the seminar evolved into the Center of Mathematical Finance.
Since 2022, CMF has operated in English as an online applied school focused on education, research and innovation in quant finance, AI, DS and Web3.
Our community spans Amsterdam, Berlin, Dubai, Jerusalem, London, New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Tel Aviv, Toronto and beyond.
CMF team members and alumni work across leading technology companies, investment banks, hedge funds, consulting firms and startups, including Google, Goldman Sachs, XTX and McKinsey.
