Welp, unfortunately I believe I've burned out on this project series.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed every minute of every hour I worked on this project, and I'm incredibly happy with how everything turned out. The tracks I wrote I feel did what I set out for them to do, and writing music again for the first time in years as an absolute blast. I'm even looking into writing more tracks already, as well as new software to utilize and help me develop even more down the road.

With that said, the video components are proving far too much for me to be able to justify uploading all of these to my main YouTube channel anymore. The Title Screen was a simple enough animation, but File Select took me literal hours (plural) for a 1 minute animation. I know that's how animation works, but it's not my forte, and I definitely am not using the appropriate software to enable myself to do this continually.

This video, 003 - Onward, was starting to go down the same road as File Select. I planned to have an animated sword at the lower right side of the screen, as well as have the inventory at the bottom left swap between items. A glowing effect for the lantern, an actual rose when you swapped to it, the list of things I wanted to do went on. Unfortunately, I am realizing I'm clearly not properly equipped to be able to do that right now, especially with the school year starting back up as a teacher.

At the very least, I wanted to upload this as I had it and everything I did up to this point. The track itself is just about where I wanted it, granted with a few more changes I could have made, but overall I'm pleased with the sound. I wish I did more with the actual video component, but as I said above, sheesh was it proving to be a larger project than I anticipated.

Big thanks to @uncle_komrade for providing some drums in the latter half of the song, as well as tailoring them so well to the tune at hand. I wish I could develop this piece more, but the roadblock has been hit and I want to ensure this doesn't prevent me from completing future projects anymore than it already has. Time to move on and see what comes next.

And thanks to everyone who was willing to give my most recent content change a chance! This was far from my usual content, but I'm very glad I took it on. I hope you enjoyed it!
