It is important to remember that I've already seen the warnings for this game beforehand, and I've been running these type of games for a very, very long period of time.
I went in open-minded, like many 'real' gamers would.
Now... Driver 2, Driv3r, and GTA 3 and the sequels. I first played many of these games as a kid... now I'm 32, and honestly, MindsEye has something that the GTA series won't ever have, even if the project itself is incomplete in some parts, and not as optimized either. But even so, I think that it has been worth it so far. I've actually liked this project more than most other games of the genre. It's a 'different' Hollywood-like fantasy to what some may expect, but I also feel it beats the real 'heavyweights' of the sub-genre. And yeah, others might still prefer the 'Cyberpunk 2077' experience over nearly everything else. So why change that, right?

Yeah. And even after all these years of great games being 'bombed'... ... I still have no respect for such bastards.
