$1 Dollar Caterpillar Fireworks by Jeremy Shafer
1,603[Intermediate] Origami Tutorial for Caterpillar folded from one dollar. This is my one-piece variation of Yami Yamauchi's six-piece modular Origami Fireworks. The pleated pattern is a simplified version of Yamauchi's fireworks. To make the original fireworks, you would need to convert the dollar into an even narrower rectangle to allow it to still turn around itself. I've read that Ron Fujioka was the first to use dollars to make the fireworks.
