100 Poirots (100 Baby Challenge), #3: Ready to Pop
1100 Poirots is my commentary-free playthrough of the 100 Baby Challenge. I started this challenge a couple of years ago, but I lost my save so I had to start over and decided to record my playthrough. There are a couple of things to note - I started this playthrough doing as the challenge stated by trying to collect money via paintings and collectibles, but it was really stressing me out trying to make money, deal with the kiddos AND deal with her own needs, and in my opinion, a challenge is meant to be fun and not stressful. Like, it was stressing me out so bad that I didn't want to play it anymore. So I cheated in some money a few episodes in and changed up the house so it was fully furnished and ready for 100 kiddos lol If you didn't know, the 100 baby challenge is all about having 100 kids in as few generations as possible. However, I chose to keep her youthful and have the one sim have 100 kids!

Ember Poirot has never been what simciety considers to be ‘normal’. Rather, she has always sought out the supernormal! Always reading about witchcraft and the supernatural forces that some sims claim to exist in the shadows. In her teens, she became obsessed and sought out a woman who claimed to be an old witch. Ember asked the woman to use her powers to help her find the love of her life. She said that she could, but that Ember must perform a ritual exactly as she explains. Excited, she heads home and shares the news with her mother. Her mother is not excited. More than anything, she is tired and worried about her youngest child. After a small argument between them, Ember gave up on trying the spell. Her mother didn't let it go, though, and let the woman have a piece of her mind. This angered the witch, and on the next full moon, she placed a curse upon Ember.
In her teens, Ember tightened up and graduated high school with an A and B average. Her parents retired to Brindleton Bay, leaving their cozy house to their youngest daughter. Life was going well... until her 20th birthday. She woke up feeling strange, unable to articulate why she felt that way. It quickly showed itself as the witch appeared, explaining that she had been cursed. The terms of the curse are as follows: Ember will never find the love of her life unless the curse is broken, and the only way to break the curse is to give birth to 100 children! To sweeten the deal, the witch threatens to take the soul of her mother should she fail, and Ember knows what she must do. She agrees, and her new life begins.
