100 REP BENCH CHALLENGE COMPLETE - OpTic Strength
Coach T with OpTic Strength had a bench challenge for all of us to do. Check out the link to his video below for more details. Basically, for part 1, we had to do 10 sets of 10 reps with however much weight we can do. That's actually a lot once you're doing it. I was able to do 10 x 10 with 175 and I feel that was pretty good for me. The last set I struggled but pushed through. Challenge someone else you know with this and see what they can do! Also, if any of you wanna throw out some tips on ways to bench better, feel free to.
