-Go to C:\Users\"Your User Name"\AppData\Local\CotH\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
-Open GameUserSettings.ini
-Change sg.ResolutionQuality=100.000000 to 77.000000
-Save and exit notepad
(You can now access GameUserSettings.ini via Windows Quick Access. Edit only when game is not running)
Remove 60FPS lock:
-Turn off Vsync
-Change Maximum FPS to 240 or 300 (Or any number you like) to remove 60FPS cap
