Bit of a rant but had to get this off my chest. At the time I filmed this I was absolutely raging. I guess the guy didn't have to sell me anything and I didn't have to buy anything either but if he would have just been upfront on the phone it would have saved a lot of time (and diesel).

Made me wait an hour while he priced everything up and put the price stickers on!
