One of the most complicated parts of Roll20 combat can be the initiative tracker. This video is all about it and how to get your monsters and your players rolled onto it successfully. If anyone forgets to select their mini before rolling, just have them reroll and manually change it. Don't forget to hit enter to lock in the changes.
