This is a cross-over from FB to video. Working diligently to address some basics. Have done alot of intermediate, and complex-level writings.
One of the most basic elements is to introduce the concept of a spectrogram needs to be shown with its dependencies. This is the innate difference between 'the schumann' and a spectrogram. It's more than simply the difference in using one word, or the other. These are not interchangeable.
As a function of addressing the basics, this issue, I should continuously address: the naming convention of the words, specifically 'the schumann'. As my Guides suggest to me, there is a deification process which occurs in naming this spectrographic representation, after the name of the person.
PROBLEM#1 in referencing spectro- as 'the schumann' is a monumentally-flawed pretense that the whatever-you-are-getting is based in science ; while it's simply the misappropriation of the science to prove some type of absurd claims. In other words, you've gotten the 'okee-dokey'; also known as the 'gladhand.'
Referring the spectro-as 'the schumann' is the technical, scientific gladhand, presented by the Schumannists, towards the goal of proving claims, which are not technically correct. The "rising resonances" is the first use of misappropriated science, and a lack of technical data.

"The Schumann". In NONE of my readings do I refer to "The Schumann". 'The Schumann' is a technically meaningless, nebulous word that is used to confuse, and to cover-over alot of ignorance, and willful misdirection. In my personal observations, other YT/FB interpretors' renderings of the spectrogram, is presented exclusively (without the dependencies). The Schumann is impossible to properly decypher, without the attendant dependencies; which were the source information used to plot the composite of the spectrogram.
Spectrogram is the plotted composite of Amplitude showing as vertical information; with Quality/Frequency plotting as horizontal bands. The actual number values are given with the dependencies, are scaled to fit into the constraints of the spectrogram scope.
Amplitude is height, or the electric-side, as measured in deci-Bels of pico-electron-Volts; This is the Intensity of the SR signal, measured through a dipole-type antennae.
Quality is the width, or magnetic-side of the SR signal, as measured in pico-Teslas; these are the originating waves, which eventually cohese into the SR; which resonate in place, basically.
Frequency of radio waves is the (Kilo-)meter scale. Peak-to-peak even within a second is frequency. These are measured in units of 1,000 kilometers.
Schumann resonances are the lowest of the low frequency emf waves, oscillating around the planet.

The spectrographic data provided from Tomsk, is courtesy of the Space Observing System of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. This is one of the oldest public universities of Russia. It is one of the oldest technological institutions of Russia, as well.
The majority of work being done at the observatory by graduate students, and doctoral condidates working on their research.
Because it is a public university, it is within their charter to provide this information free to the public, as a public service. The faculty staff, students do a fabulous job in monitoring and maintaining the SR -detecting equipment.
The Public dissemination of the reports from the detecting equipment should be used as an educational model. The information contained in the SR spectro and graphs is for the purposes of exploring, and explaining how the SR is measured.
