In this video I will be showing you 5 apartments that I have visited in Guangzhou. Their prices range are from ￥1,000 ($154) to ￥1,500 ($231) per month. Most of them are located in urban villages, so the price is low, but the environment is not good.

Also, I mentioned the charge of water and electricity in this video. There are two charge standards of water and electricity in Guangzhou. One is business charge standard: 5 yuan per ton for water, 1.5 yuan per kilowatt-hour for electricity. Another one is civil charge standard: 4 yuan per ton for water, 0.6 yuan per kilowatt-hour for electricity.
