Kicking 2016 off with a 13 week challenge that combines 2 of my great loves; gaming and the gym! There will be a weekly video posted to YouTube providing updates on progress and developments.
The goals are as follows;
1. Stream goal; Reach 68,000 followers
2. Gym Goal; Increase 1 rep max of bench, squat, deadlift by 10%
