भिंडी की सब्जी 2 मिनिट रेसेपी
मसाले:
1 table spoon जीरा (cumin seeds)
1 table spoon हल्दी (turmeric)
1 table spoon कश्मीरी मिर्च powder
1 table spoon धनिया powder (coriander)
1 table spoon गोढ़ा मसाला or गरम मसाला
1 sachet Maggie मसाला ऐ magic
1 tea-spoon आमचूर (dry mango powder)
Steps:
सभी मसालों को 2 टेबल स्पून घी में गर्म करें. (ऊँची आँच पर)
जीरा तड़कने पर उसमें 6 कटी भिंडियाँ डालें. (ऊँची आँच पर)
मसाला भिड़ी पर चिपक जाए ऐसा sotty करें. (ऊँची आँच पर)
फिर उसमें 1/4 गिलास पानी डालकर ढक लें. (धीमी आँच पर)
2 मिनिट तक सब्जी को steam होने दें. (ऊँची आँच पर)
अब स्वाद अनुसार नमक मिलकर सब्जी का लुत्फ़ उठाए.
(सिर्फ पानी डालते समय आँच धीमी कर लें. बाकी पूरा समय ऊँची आँच पर पकाएं.)
