• First played when Terra awakens after having worn the slave crown, all the empty space between phrases just feels so... right. My goal with this arrangement was for it to sound like the music playing in Terra's head in that moment, and to really embrace those empty spaces.

• I wanted to add a bit more onto this track, and since it's so strongly associated with Terra, I integrated a bit of music thematic to her (m. 17 - 27), but still in the same style of the rest of the track.

• I originally planned on making this album only solo fingerstyle arrangements, but this track didn't click until I conceded to making a duet. It opened up the possibility of some big rich, spacy chords (like the Em9 in m. 1), and to put the melody in its proper upper octave.
