The final boss available in the v1.104 patch.

I was originally experimenting on one shotting him with my Suika, given that I had reached a point where there was literally nothing else to do in the game, with my entire cast reaching levels over 2000. With this same setup, I managed to achieve over 720 million damage with Ame-no-Murakumo Slash, but in doing that I noticed quite the interesting interaction with that and Rumia. Not quite sure if it's a bug or a hidden mechanic that wasn't made clear in the skills tab. I'll explain the setup first and then state my findings.

1. Rumia has a passive skill that increases damage dealt to HUM enemies so long as she is still in the frontline (the King is HUM/ONI, so we've got a significant bonus) - this is also the interesting bit.
2. Akyuu has a passive skill that increases damage dealt by 16% so long as you hit the opponent's weaknesses, and Miare's Extensive Knowledge, which is a spell that boosts an ally's damage for the next action by 50%
3. Sanae has a passive skill that increases SPI damage dealt for the entire frontline, so long as she is present _in_ the frontline, and I also gave her the Elementalist subclass in order to further increase Suika's damage.
4. Suika has the Holy Blessing subclass in order to further maximize her damage against King, since she then obtains the Ame-no-Murakumo Slash spell, which is a very strong melee SPI skill, to which the King is very weak to. It also helps that Throwing Mt. Togakushi is a NTR spell, to which the Elephant summon is weak to.

Now here's what I found interesting:
In my attempts to one shot the King (admittedly with very overleveled and overpowered characters), I'd put a Hexer Chen in my first slot to attempt to debuff the King's DEF as much as I could before switching in for Rumia to obtain the HUM damage bonus, but Suika would "only" reach as far as 440 million damage.
So I decided to scrap the idea of having Chen in first and just keep Rumia in there. I figured as long as she was present since the beginning and had an actual turn in order to act directly in the battle, the HUM damage bonus would actually be present. That was not the case, and Suika did around the same damage after having applied the same buffs.
So I finally decided to just keep Rumia in there and use Dark Side of the Moon, given that it was the spellcard that would do the least damage (since the King resists DRK) and it could also add a few debuffs with luck, and only _then_ would Suika actually reach over 700 million damage with Ame-no-Murakumo Slash. I wasn't sure whether that meant that the HUM damage bonus only applies to the entire frontline once Rumia actually deals damage in her turn, or if it was simply a weird interaction between the two spells, or simply a bug. Regardless, it was pretty fascinating.
