I have the feeling I could have talked for another hour on that topic but yeah, if you wanna know more or felt like I didn´t explain stuff in detail, let me know and I can add some more stuff in future Vlogs to this topic ^.^

Here are my "Notes" for that Vlog:

Community:

- Stop declaring everything as a WoW - Killer, only attracts MMO-Locusts
- Help Newcomers and build up a community, Publisher / Developer may inclue a System that rewards people who help others alot with Vanity Items like pets or good looking armor
- Moderate the Forums better, 1 Banned Troll = 1 Upset person, 1 unbanned Troll makes more than 1 person.
- Give me a reason to leave World of Warcraft and 7 years of "experience" there, Vanity items for Recruit a Friend, Small Boni for Group Players or Guilds who switch etc...
- Make it easy to find groups

Gameplay:

- Make sure the game is playable, quality over quantity, 1 Bug Free challenging raid is better than 3 bug ridden easy raids.
- Make sure the Endgame is FUN, PvP people can cope with the same Instances as long as they are fun (See TF2).
Make PvE Raids challenging, including Gearblocks that make sure that you farmed enough beforehand.
Offer Vanity Items you can get with alot of excess PvE or PvP "points" to give people some sort of goal.
- Offer Vanity items on Reputation NPCs with a sort of hard to reach Reputation (Lots of Farming involved)
- Rare Drop Vanity Items off mobs
- Give people who are not interested in Raids something todo (See Vanity Items)
