I've changed the way I'm uploading these videos. I'm still 100% on board with my original challenge, and still doing my full workout..

However I'll no longer be uploading the whole thing every day, just a condensed version of what I'm doing with a bit of everything.

The reason for this is, that it takes so long to edit and upload I have no time to do my other videos.

I want to get back to doing my daily Blackpool videos, and also add some DIYs and more of my doll collection vids as well.

Keep fit and stretching vids will still be uploaded, they will just be shorter. i hope you guys understand that I'm not flaking out on my challenge.

Welcome to my Get Fit videos. These videos are posted so I can keep track of my own personal goal to get fit and tone up..

The plan is to set myself the challenge of 100 Squats, 100 sit-ups and 100 push ups daily.

My sit ups are definitely feeling like they are going better now. My stomach feels so much stronger, though appearance wise I still don't see a lot of difference.

I'm posting my daily videos to hopefully motivate myself and keep going for the whole year, and I think it will be interesting for me to be able to look back on older videos to see if my strength, posture, fitness, technique improves over the coming year..

So.. personal goals.. I want to be able to manage 100 push-ups easily.. and I want to be able to do a handstand unaided..

I'm also adding kettle bells and hand weights and stretching to my daily routine.
