Today was dogshit except for Gold and Intel, which had pretty good setups, but each one had a slight imperfection on ONE of its timeframe's fast oscillators! However, they both showed good support from daily timeframes and some of the lagging oscillators, and presented acceptable risk.

The 7 day call options on both Gold and Intel were surprisingly good.

I can't say I would have taken these plays when they came up, just because of the slightly dodgy looking conditions on one of their 5/15/30/60 timeframes, but in the future I might consider these imperfections acceptable if this type of pattern shows itself and works well many more times.
