That out of the way, of course its not so simple for EHA setups but here is the procedure:
1) make a COMPLETE backup of D:\Arcade\Emulators\MAME\2.02 on a separate drive
2)Download MAME .211
http://www.progettosnaps.net/download?tipo=mame_bin&file=/MAME/bin/mame0211b_64bit.exe
3)Extract all contents of the MAME download to a folder
4)Copy all files inside the MAME .211 folder
5)Paste all files into D:\Arcade\Emulators\MAME\2.02\
Overwriting anything that conflicts (you made a backup right?)
6)Download my copy of mame.ini with all the HLSL goodness pre-configured.

7)Paste that mame.ini into D:\Arcade\Emulators\MAME\2.02\
