2022 Corvette Stingray is an Awesome Sports Car Worth Buying! We Didn’t Like It At First…
168👋 In todays video we go over what it was like to "own" the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z51 for a week! This is such an amazing sportscar and one that we almost purchased for the channel so having it for the week really gave us a great perspective on this car from Chevrolet! While we had this 2022 Chevrolet Corvette C8 for the week, we did a mountain trip, full review, drove it daily going to the gym, grocery store, etc and really got a sense of how great it is overall! The few small gripes we had with the car were very minimal and as far as the power output goes, it's great to see the Z06 being debuted! When we drove our first C8 it was a little underwhelming seeing this mid engine exotic looking Corvette not have the power we thought it would! However, the Z06 is that solution if you are looking for more! But on this C8 Z51, after taking it to the mountains, this has a good amount of power for situations like that, and the launch control is insane! It's on par with cars two or three times it price, very quick and hooks well, even with the winter tires on this model! Our other complaints with the interior buttons is something that Chevrolet could easily fix with some different materials on the buttons to make it visually more appealing and easier to read, again not a big deal! But aside from that, the corvette C8 is comfortable to drive, plenty of storage for two people, has a lot of tech if that is something important to you! You can drive this every single day, then drive to the track or mountain roads, have your fun, and then comfortably drive it home! If you are looking for a sportscar, the corvette C8 Z51 coupe or convertible is a solid option and for less than $100K, depending on the trim level, it's hard to pass up what this car has to offer! After "owning" this 2022 Chevrolet Corvette C8 for one week, we went from it's an ok car.....to it's a great option! It doesn't have crazy power past 60 mph, but in the mountains you aren't going that quick, and it's handling is so amazing, you can take corners quick with it! It's so refined and just good overall if you are looking for the mid engine platform, without braking the bank!
