نفس شعوري بقاله سنة ونصف تقريبا داخل علي سنتين كل لما اللي حواليا رايح جاي عليا في غرفتي وانا نايم بمشاعر سلبية امي وأخواتي في التلفون وكل مكان هموم وزعل ومشاكل اقسم بالله العظيم كل لما اشوف حد زعلان أو كل لما اسمع حد من عائلتي زعلان ومتضايق وبيتوجع ومليان طاقات سلبية بيفرغها في غرفة نومي بيخليني اتجنن جدا وضربات قلبي سريعة علي أقصي سرعة وبقيت حساس جدا زيادة عن اللزوم وبفضل ابكي وانهار من جوايا بدموع اعض في اسناني وشفايفي وفي كل اعضاء جسمي بقالي سنتين بسبب كده والمشاعر السلبية تجاه بعضنا البعض كلها وسوء الظنون والفهم من عائلتي واقرب الناس
1- بياكلوا شفايفهم لما يكون جواهم كلام كتير اوي متداري ومش عارفين يقولوه
2- بيقطعوا جلدهم من كتر التوتر وهما مش حاسين بالألام
3- عروقهم علي طول باينة من كتر ما بياخدوا كل حاجة علي أعصابهم ويتنرفذوا
4- شعرهم بيقع من كتر نفسيتهم ما هي وحشة ومن كتر ما بتزعلوهم وبتجرحوهم
5- الآلام الجسدي بالنسبة لهم اهون بكتير من الآلام النفسي في دا بيغطي علي ده
6- عيونهم مهما كانت جميلة بتكسروا الفرحة اللي فيها والسواد اللي تحتيها بيبوظها

1- They eat their lips when they have too much talk in their mouths and they don’t know how to say it
2- They cut their skin because of the tension, while they do not feel the pain
3- Their veins are always visible, because they take everything on their nerves and get carried away
4- Their hair falls out because of how lonely their mood is, and because of how much it upsets and hurts them.
5- For them, the physical pain is much easier than the psychological pain, and this covers it up
