Any vet committing suicide is too many. But the unfortunate truth is that on average 22 veterans kill themselves every day. This challenge brings attention and education to this tragedy.

The rules are simple:
* Once you are nominated your 22 days starts the following day.
* Everyday you record yourself doing 22 push-ups, try your best to reach 22. If that means doing assisted (from your knees) push-ups or that you have to stop and take a break that's fine. The goal is to get them all done in one video. Be sure to include the hashtags above and mark the post public so your push-ups count towards the national tally. * Every day you must nominate a different person. Let's reach as many people as possible and help them reach their goal of 22 Million push-ups and show our vets that they have our support.
