The Past 2 Years Have been hard and tragic that we will remember for decades to come. Countless lives were lost and many children and families are still suffering. From lack of food, supplies, & resources many are now struggling to survive. We’re Back and Bringing Operation Keep the Hope Alive 2. This is an amazing opportunity to change a child’s destiny. It’s a crucial mission we must not lose! As a result, my goal is to raise $5,000 for youth in East Africa. With your help, Operation Keep the Hope Alive has the potential to save lives and make a difference. A Major Addition these funds will go towards combating Malaria. According to a-z-animals.com, mosquitos are the deadliest animals in the world, killing an estimated 750,000 to 1 million humans yearly. With up to 110 trillion mosquitoes on the planet, the insects can carry lethal diseases like malaria, dengue fever, West Nile virus and Zika virus.There are 16,000 mosquitoes on the planet for every one person. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 435,000 people died from malaria in 2017. This disease threatens almost half the world’s population. All funds will go to Crusades International Africa Outreach (CIAO) run by a wonderful, generous, and compassionate couple, who genuinely practice what they preach, Ronald and Christine Walusimbi. Ronald and Christine have been missionaries to Uganda, East Africa for 9 years. It is their passion to serve the people of East Africa. With a special heart for the children, each day, their team selflessly takes care of children who don’t have access to food by not only giving them healthy meals, but somewhere safe to live and learn. By making a donation, you are supporting much needed nutrition, health, and education for these children. Funds would also go to purchase land to establish a fish farm, build a chicken farm, dig water wells, maintain farm fields and beautiful gardens, help build a brick factory, create community outreach programs, and finance adoptions. I understand that times are tough. The entire world has felt the impact of the recent Pandemic. It goes without saying, there are so many needs that can only be met with your help. There is a food shortage, inadequate water supply, lack of medical treatment, rampant disease, insufficient healthcare, and war. Therefore, CIAO has made it their responsibility to serve and live with the people of East Africa with the help of their Jubilee Academy, the Children’s Orphanage Home, public libraries, and New Hope Church. Thus, CIAO relies on donations to provide a wide variety of programs and services which are greatly needed and valued. I am excited and eager to see this project succeed.
