This is what happened in the actual reality, apparently!

Also, remember how in the last video I mentioned that FFmpeg is awesome in that it can recover corrupt video and audio? Well, this time the Btrfs file system and the Snapper tool came in handy - I accidentally ran the recording script instead of the processing script. But due to Btrfs copy-on-write feature and Snapper's snapshot feature, I could recover the recording intact!

And apparently the popping sound is due to ALSA, I need to redo the noise reduction profile for it.
