From the entrance, go north x2, west, north, west, north, west, north (treasure spot #1) and you'll find Kathy sitting on the ground, possibly waiting for you.
Tene, Serius and Roro approach her and talk for a while.
Kathy lunges at Tene, but Tene trips her.
Kathy starts crying.
Seems she's not as strong as one might think.
After some talk, the screen fades out and I can only assume that Tene has a flashback of a conversation with Choko, as it returns to the Forest of Magic with Tene, Serius, Roro and Kathy around still.
Eventually, Tene, Roro and Serius leave.
