This is a long rant video about my experience with 2k Support and how much the service sucks. I lost out on a code that I earned because it didnt unlock as it was supposed to. I opened a support ticket that was not resolved after a month of constantly emailing and trying to get them to work on this issue. It went in circles with no resolution, no thanks to the crappy support asking circular questions. Avoid 2K Support at all costs.
