To defense - pick guardians. Forcefield is not useless, you just don’t need it.
0:27 horde & bosses
Final horde here is not so massive and bosses are not so strong. So, to pass them faster - advise you to take the brick or the soccer ball. Mixed with the maxed gun - nobody wouldn't come even close to your survivor.
